​Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes, Call or text me at 904-477-4641 and let me know what your interested in ordering and I can have it ready for pick up at the store or schedule a local delivery.  Shipping nationwide is available too.

​What is your Delivery Charge?

Same Day local delivery is $39 to any address in Duval County, Orange Park, and St. Augustine.  If you live further away just call and let me know where you need delivery and I can give you a delivery quote based on mileage. Some beds that I sell ship anywhere in the country for $50 via Fedex Ground.

How long does it take for furniture to arrive after it is ordered. 

Furniture arrival times vary based on demand.  On average it takes 2 to 5 days for your order to arrive at my store.

​How long will my delivery take to arrive?

If your merchandise is in stock at my store, same day delivery is possible.

What is your return policy & do you offer a sleep trial?

If the factory plastic has been broken I cannot accept the mattress back due to my gurantee to customers that I only sell brand new from the factory beds.  If you need a sleep trial several big box stores offer that because they are priced higher to absorb the loss of selling the bed in "used condition"  If there is a warranty claim approved by the factory I will do everything I can to assist in the replacement of your mattress.  *See Invoice Disclaimer
