WARRANTIES FROM THE MANUFACTURERS

North Florida Imports, LLC/ www.JaxMattress.Com  does not issue or offer any additional warranties or guarantees other than what the manufacturer offers as described on your warranty card.

BECAUSE I ONLY SELL BRAND NEW BEDS AT A ROCK BOTTOM PRICE I DON'T ACCEPT BEDS BACK AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN USED.  THERE ARE PLENTY OF STORES IN JACKSONVILLE SELLING USED AND RECONDITIONED BEDS AT SIMILAR PRICES AS MY NEW BEDS.

If you have a true warranty problem with a bed I will do my best to help you document your claim to the manufacturer to get it resolved.  In the five years I have been in business I have only had a few true warranty issues and those were promptly resolved by the factory.  My manufacturers are very good about backing up their beds.
If your concerns are body impressions, place a straight edge (like a yardstick or broom handle or string) across the area. Using a ruler, measure the depth of the depressed area, without applying any pressure, and then photograph the measurements. Please be sure to measure in the middle of the quilted area, not the stitching.

If you have a problem or concern about your mattress and believe you have a warranty claim, please verify the following to make sure your mattress still qualifies for the warranty.

1.  Mattress must remain clean. - No stains, scuffs, rips, or burns.  Keeping your mattress protected by a mattress cover is the best way to guarantee that your warranty remains valid.  IF YOUR MATTRESS HAS ANY MARKS THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT PROCESS ANY WARRANTY CLAIM. This is true of ALL Mattress companies if you read the fine print of your warranty card or call the factory directly and ask them if they will process  a warranty claim on a stained or damaged bed.
2.  On Queen and King sets make sure you have the mattress set on a frame with a center support or a solid flat surface.  On Queen and King size sets the most common cause of body impressions is a lack of a center support on the frame.
3.   Please have your invoice or proof of purchase on your bed.  If you do not have it please contact me and I may be able to give you a copy of it.

If your mattress is clean and you have a problem with a Restonic brand please click the link  http://restonic.com/cservice.php   and proceed to contact the closest Restonic factory from your physical location.   The Miami, FL Restonic franchise factory is no longer open.  For Florida and Georgia Residents please contact the North Carolina Factory.

Dos and Don'ts To Preserve Warranty Rights
DO:
Do follow the care instructions for two-sided products requiring flipping and rotating. This will help equalize compression of the upholstery.
Do use a new firm, supportive foundation. An older, worn foundation may cause the mattress to appear to have impressions when the issue may be due to a non-supportive foundation.
Do use a proper frame. Use a bed frame that supports head, foot and sides with rigid center support. For any frame that does not have a metal center support, there must be at least 5 hardwood slats (1" x 4" slats). Failure to provide proper support can damage the mattress or foundation and invalidate the warranty.
Do use a quilted mattress pad on the mattress at all times to avoid stains. Soiling can negate the warranty.
Do properly wrap your mattress and position it on its side when moving it.
DON'T:
Don't remove the white cloth law labels or the mattress trade labels. These labels serve as a means of identification to establish warranty rights.
Don't bend, fold, stand or jump on product.
Don't use dry cleaning fluid on the mattress or any liquid cleaning fluids; it can/will damage the upholstery.
Don't smoke in bed or place product near open flame (such as candles, etc.).
Don't use the mattress handles for lifting or pulling the full weight of the mattress. The handles are only for shifting and adjusting the mattress once it is properly in place.
